In occasione del trigesimo della morte del P. Luigi Menegazzo sx, la sua Parrocchia di Facca (Padova) ha voluto ricordarlo organizzando
- Sabato sera, 14 gennaio, un Concerto Gospel, in sua memoria (presenti alcuni Confratelli di Vicenza);
- Domenica 15, la Celebrazione Eucaristica delle ore 10; saranno presenti i PP. Pulcini e Lòpez, della DG; alcuni Confratelli e alcune Sorelle Saveriane.

Luigino Marchioron ha brillantemente discusso la tesi di Dottorato " An example of Exegesis in the Late Ming Dynasty ( 1368-1644).The first annotated English Translation of the Preface, The first Volume, and the Index Operis of Sheng Jing Zhi Jie, a Direct explanation of the Holy Scripture (ca.1636-1642) written by the Portuguese Jesuit Manuel Dias Jr.Yang Ma Nuo. Based on the 1790 reprint (Peking) of the 1642 version, kept in the Archivium Romanum Societas Jesu, in Rome".

Siberut, 6 gennaio: “nel contesto del mese in cui si tiene la settimana di preghiera per l'unità dei cristiani, abbiamo cenato con due pastori di due chiese luterane presenti alle Mentawai e con la moglie di uno dei due. L'incontro è si è svolto in un clima di fraternità. Si è prospettata anche l'idea di poter collaborare in futuro in alcune iniziative di tipo sociale”.

DEFUNTI
L’11.1.2017 è morto P. Ezio Lozza, saveriano dal 1963 al 1990. Ordinato presbitero nel 1968; missionario in Indonesia dal 1975 al 1980; incardinato nella Diocesi di Lugano (Canton Ticino - Svizzera) nel 1990.
GENERAL DIRECTION
The home parish of the late Fr. Luigi Menagzzo, in Facca (Padua), has organized two moments to commemorate the month’s mind of his death:
- Saturday, 14 Jan: a Gospel Concert will be held in the evening and will be attended by some confreres of the Vicenza community);
- Sunday, 15 January: the celebration of the Eucharist at 10.00 a.m. will be attended by Frs. Pulcini and Lòpez of the General Direction, some confreres and Missionaries of Mary.

Siberut, 6 Jan: “to mark the week of prayer for Christian unity, we dined with two pastors of two Lutheran Churches of the Mentawai and with the wife of one of the two men. The meeting took place in an atmosphere of fraternity and a proposal was made regarding a future collaboration in some social initiatives”.

11 Jan: Fr. Ezio Lozza, who was a Xaverian from 1963 until 1990. He was ordained priest in 1968; he served as a missionary in Indonesia from 1975 until 1980; he was incardinated into the Diocese of Lugano (Canton Ticino - Switzerland) in 1990.
