“AGENDA”, il bollettino digitale del Laicato Saveriano in Italia del mese di settembre 2023, ha dedicato un numero speciale alla Convivenza estiva 2023. Il tema dell’ “Armonia” è stato il filo conduttore dei cinque giorni trascorsi insieme, a Pesaro. A partire dai cammini di formazione sulle encicliche del Papa fatti negli ultimi due anni, si è scelto il tema dell’ “Armonia” che è sicuramente la prospettiva auspicabile nel rapporto dell’uomo con i fratelli e con la natura.

La convivenza prevedeva momenti di impegno, di assemblea, di lavoro di gruppo ma anche di momenti di svago vissuti insieme.

Abbiamo dedicato la prima giornata della convivenza alla riflessione e formazione sulla storia biblica di Giuseppe e come nella Sacra Scrittura il racconto di drammi familiari fortemente “disarmonici” abbiano portato alla fine alla nascita delle dodici tribù di Israele.

Abbiamo ascoltato il racconto emozionante della visita alla comunità CEC di Montefiore Conca (Rimini, Emilia-Romagna), una comunità figlia della Associazione Papa Giovanni XXIII dedita al recupero dei carcerati.

Abbiamo poi condiviso alcune prospettive della nuova esperienza missionaria in Bangladesh. Abbiamo pure ascoltato il resoconto del recente viaggio che alcuni Laici Saveriani hanno fatto in Marocco per capire meglio questa realtà e quali spazi concreti di missione possano esserci per la nostra Famiglia.

Agenda, the digital bulleting of the Xaverian Laity in Italy, dedicated its September 2023 issue for a special report on the Summer Camp 2023. The theme of “Harmony” has been the leitmotiv of the five days spent together in Pesaro. The theme of “Harmony” was selected in view of the formation programmes carried out over the last two years on the Pope’s encyclical letters. This theme is surely the desired perspective for the relation between man and his brothers and nature.

The camp included moments of commitment, of assembly, and of team work, but also moments of leisure activities together.

We dedicated the first day of the camp to reflect on the Biblical story of Joseph and on the fact that, in the Sacred Scriptures, very “disharmonious” family dramas end up being at the origin of the twelve tribes of Israel.

We listened to the poignant story of the CEC community of Montefiore Conca (Rimini, Emilia-Romagna, Italy). This community stems from the Associazione Papa Giovanni XXIII and is dedicated for the rehabilitation of offenders.

We then shared some perspectives on the new missionary experience in Bangladesh. We likewise listened to the report on the recent trip some lay Xaverians made to Morocco where they tried to gain better knowledge of the situation and find out concrete missionary spaces for our Family.
