Facendo seguito alla Lettera di Indizione del XVIII Capitolo Generale (Iª parte) firmata dal Superiore Generale, p. Fernando García R., il Vicario Generale, p. Mario Carmelo Mula, invia ora a tutti i Superiori di Circoscrizione alcune indicazioni (IIª parte) per il corretto svolgimento della prima fase di preparazione e cioè quella della elezione dei Delegati della Circoscrizione di appartenenza. In allegato sono stati inviati ai Superiori maggiori i nomi dei confratelli membri della Circoscrizione di appartenenza aventi diritto alla voce attiva e passiva. Si tratta di tutti i confratelli, professi perpetui, appartenenti alla Circoscrizione al momento dell’indizione del Capitolo (Cfr. DCG 10), eccetto quanto previsto dal CIC 687.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE XVIII GENERAL CHAPTER (PART II)
The Vicar General, Fr. Mario Carmelo Mula s.x., through a follow-up letter to that (Part I) announcing the XVIII General Chapter and signed by the General Superior, Fr. Fernando García R., sends to all Superiors of Circumscriptions some indications (Part II) for the correct implementation of the first phase of preparation, namely, the election of each Circumscription’s Delegates. In attachment, the major Superiors will receive the list of the names of their Circumscription’s confreres who have the right to active and passive voice. These are the names of all the perpetually professed confreres who belong to each Circumscription at the time the Chapter was announces (see DCG, 10), with the exception of those mentioned in CIC 687.
