Dal 12 al 17 di questo mese, si è tenuta l’assemblea annuale della Regione saveriana della RDCongo, con il tema: Regard d’espérance: Seigneur, envoie ton Esprit, qu’il renouvelle la face de notre region. (Sguardo di speranza: Signore, manda il tuo Spirito, perché rinnovi il volto della nostra regione).

È stato un momento ricco di fraternità, di accoglienza dei nuovi arrivati nella Regione e di condivisione sulla realtà di ogni nostra comunità locale e del nostro impegno missionario. Un’occasione per riflettere su come concretizzare gli orientamenti e le decisioni dell’ultimo capitolo regionale celebrato lo scorso ottobre 2020. Con il contributo di ognuno e con uno sguardo di speranza verso futuro, andiamo avanti con rinnovata fiducia nel Signore. (Bernard Cibambo sx)

From April 12^th to the 17^th, 2021, the annual meeting of the Xaverian Region of the DR of Congo was held. Its theme was: “Regard d’espèrance: Seigneur, envoie ton Esprit, qu’il renouvelle la face de notre region” (Looking with hope: Lord, send your Spirit to renew the face of our Region). It was a moment full of fraternity, during which we welcomed new comers to the Region and reflected together on the reality of each of our local communities and on our missionary commitment. An opportunity to share ideas on how to implement the guidelines and decisions of the last Chapter, celebrated in October 2020. With the contribution of all and by looking at the future with hope, we move forward with renewed confidence in the Lord. (Fr. Bernard Cibambo, s.x.)
