Le gravi notizie che arrivano da Goma e dalla zona del Kivu hanno messo in apprensione tutto il Laicato ed in particolare chi meglio conosce quella realtà per avervi vissuto a lungo. Angela Marano racconta di come stanno vivendo questa tragica realtà gli amici congolesi che abitano nella regione ora invasa dalle milizie dell’M23 mentre Giovanna Vettori scrive della Veglia di Preghiera per il Congo che si è tenuta a Parma nei giorni scorsi.
Ad Ancona, una serata missionaria nel seminario ha visto fra i protagonisti anche il nostro Laicato che ha animato la serata facendo ascoltare podcast sulle esperienze missionarie in Marocco, Brasile e nella stessa città di Ancona.
A Desio si è tenuta la consueta marcia della pace a cui hanno partecipato realtà variegate e persone provenienti da vari continenti. Prosegue, con la seconda parte, il resoconto di Betti Grimoldi sul Forum Missionario Nazionale di Montesilvano tenutosi a fine novembre. Il cammino della “Famiglia carismatica saveriana” ha raggiunto una tappa importante con il primo incontro della commissione. In Casa Madre si sono radunati i Missionari Saveriani, le Missionarie di Maria - Saveriane, i Laicati e gli Amici dei Saveriani. Ce ne parla Alessandro Andreoli.

The serious news coming out of Goma and the Kivu region have caused great concern throughout the Laity but especially among those who, having lived there for a long time, know that reality best. Angela Marano tells how Congolese friends living in that region, which is now overrun by M23 militias, are experiencing this tragic reality, while Giovanna Vettori writes about the Prayer Vigil for Congo held in Parma in recent days.
In Ancona, our laity took active part in a missionary evening at the seminary and contributed to the event by playing podcasts about missionary experiences in Morocco, Brazil and in the city of Ancona itself.
The traditional march for peace was held in Desio. Various groups and people from different continents took part. AGENDA continues with the second part of Betti Grimoldi's report on the National Missionary Forum in Montesilvano that was held at the end of November. The journey of the “Xaverian Charismatic Family” reached an important milestone with the first meeting of its commission.
