Nel mese di marzo 2023 abbiamo accolto quattro migranti a richiesta di una agenzia fondata da un sacerdote di Torino. Staranno con noi qualche mese in attesa di trovare un alloggio per conto loro. Parlano italiano e hanno trovato lavoro in un'azienda agricola a San Pietro in Vincoli. Due sono Somali e due del Mali. Durante il tempo del Ramadan hanno osservato il digiuno. In un secondo tempo la nostra comunità è disponibile ad accoglierne altri.

Un fine settimana, abbiamo avuto anche circa 170 capi Scout della diocesi di Ravenna e Faenza. Hanno piantato le tende nel nostro parco per la notte. Al mattino di domenica abbiamo celebrato l’Eucaristia nella cappella. Non è mancata la testimonianza della comunità e del carisma saveriano.

Anche il gruppo di professionisti del "Prendersi Cura" sono stati con noi per la seconda volta dal venerdì pomeriggio alla domenica pomeriggio. Ritorneranno in giugno. (+ Giorgio Biguzzi sx)

During March 2023, in answer to a request from an agency founded by a priest of Turin, we welcomed four migrants. They will remain with us for few months till they find an accommodation for themselves. They speak Italian and have found a job in an agricultural company in San Pietro in Vincoli. Two are Somali, whereas the others are from Mali. They fasted during Ramadan. In future, our community is willing to welcome other migrants.

In a recent weekend, 170 scout leaders from the dioceses of Ravenna and Faenza came among us. They pitched their tents in our park for the night. On Sunday morning, we celebrated Mass in our chapel, and there was the chance to share a testimony about our community and the Xaverian charism.

Finally, the group of professionals called Prendersi Cura (Caring for) was once again with us from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. They are going to come back in June. (+ Giorgio Biguzzi s.x.)
