Dal 4 al 7 di maggio gli otto confratelli attualmente presenti nella Delegazione, provenienti dalle quattro comunità, si sono riuniti nella casa parrocchiale di Dondo per la prima delle due assemblee annuali. Il 5, primo giorno di lavoro, è stato dedicato alla formazione permanente. Un sacerdote diocesano, assieme a tre laici, hanno introdotto il tema "Aspetti culturali del popolo Sena per una migliore ed efficace evangelizzazione". Nei due giorni successivi abbiamo affrontato i vari punti dell'agenda: la condivisione delle attività pastorali, i progetti comunitari di vita, la preparazione della Cosuma, questioni legate all'economia della Delegazione, l'imminente apertura della formazione di base.

Siamo in attesa dei due confratelli recentemente ordinati, p. Gregoire Musengo Lusika sx e p. Evrard Diounang Tiomou sx, destinati alla nostra Delegazione ma che, per il momento si trovano impossibilitati ad entrare, dato che il governo del Mozambico, a causa della pandemia, non ha ancora cominciato ad emettere i visti.

From May 4^th to the 7^th – 2021, the eight Xaverian Confreres present in the Delegation, coming from the four communities, gathered in the parish house of Dondo for the first of the two Annual Assemblies.  In the first day of work, we continued on our process of Permanent Formation.  

A Diocesan Priest, together with three lay persons, introduced the theme “Cultural Aspects of the Sana people for a better and effective evangelization”.  For the following two days, we addressed the various items of the agenda: the sharing of pastoral activities, community life projects, the preparation for the Cosuma, issues related to the economy of the Delegation, the imminent opening of basic Formation and Training.  We are waiting for two recently ordained Confreres, Fr. Gregoire Musengo Lusika sx and Fr. Evrard Diounang Tiomou sx.  They have been assigned to our Delegation.  For the time being, they are unable to come, due to the pandemic issue.  The Mozambique Government is not granting Visas as yet.
