P. Fernando García Rodríguez nelle prime ore del pomeriggio dei giorni 26, 27 e 28 ha partecipato online all’incontro dei Superiori Generali, maschili e femminili: Farci Sorelle, Farci Fratelli. Varie le testimonianze condivise. Alla domanda Quale leadership possiamo sviluppare per rendere possibile diventare fratelli, diventare sorelle, sono stati indicati alcuni elementi:

• Accompagnare i processi di uscita da noi stessi per incontrare l'altro, specialmente nel campo dell’intercultura e del multiculturalismo.
• Camminare insieme, imparare gli uni dagli altri e con gli altri, ma soprattutto dalla saggezza dei piccoli e dei vulnerabili. 
• Ascoltare la realtà della vita come si presenta. 
• Riconciliarci con la nostra fragilità e vulnerabilità, con i nostri limiti. 
• Riconoscerci come poveri, deboli e peccatori, bisognosi di Dio e bisognosi dei nostri fratelli e sorelle. 
• La valutazione della propria identità, dei nostri valori, del nostro essere donne o uomini. 
• La leadership della progettualità, del camminare insieme all'altro, e insieme scoprire il sogno di Dio per i suoi figli.

Fr. Fernando García Rodríguez, s.x., in the afternoons of May 26th, 27th and 28th, participated in the Online Meeting of Superiors General (Men and Women): To make ourselves sisters, To make ourselves brothers. Various testimonies were shared. In answer to the question “What kind of leadership can we develop to make possible for us to become brothers and sisters?”, a number of factors have been identified:

• Accompanying the processes necessary to enable ourselves to meet the other, especially in the reality of interculture and interculturalism.
• Walking together, learning from each other, but, above all, learning from the wisdom of the little ones and the vulnerable.
• Listen to the reality of life as it manifests itself.
• Reconcile ourselves with our fragility and vulnerability, with our limitations.
• Recognize ourselves as poor, weak and sinners, in need of God and in need of our brothers and sisters.
• Proper evaluation of our identity, our values, our being a man or a woman.
• The leadership of planning, of walking together, and together discovere God’s dream for his children.
