Martedì 1° ottobre 2024 un nutrito gruppo di Saveriani e delle Missionarie di Maria- Saveriane ha compiuto il tradizionale pellegrinaggio al Santuario della B.V. Maria di Fontanellato, tanto cara al nostro Fondatore. Nonostante il tempo minacciasse la pioggia, tanti fratelli e sorelle avanti negli anni, anche in carrozzella, non hanno voluto mancare a questo evento che segna l’inizio del mese missionario. Per questo abbiamo scelto la messa di S. Teresa del Bambin Gesù, Patrona delle Missioni.  Abbiamo chiesto al Signore e alla Vergine Maria di essere infiammati dal fuoco di carità che ispirò Teresa di Lisieux ad offrire la sua vita per la salvezza di ogni persona. Un grazie a tutti e a tutte, in particolare a chi ha animato la celebrazione Eucaristica con canti appropriati e coinvolgenti. Abbiamo terminato la messa con un canto mariano eseguito davanti alla statua della Vergine Maria magnificamente addobbata.  (Gabriele Cimarelli sx) 

On Tuesday, October 1^st, 2024, a large group of Xaverian Missionaries and Missionaries of Mary – Xaverian Sisters from Parma made the traditional pilgrimage to the Shrine of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Fontanellato, so dear to our Founder. Despite the weather threatening to rain, many brothers and sisters of advanced age, even in wheelchairs, did not want to miss this event that marks the beginning of the missionary month. For this reason, we chose the Mass of St. Therese of the Child Jesus, patroness of the missions.  We asked the Lord and the Virgin Mary to be inflamed by the fire of charity that inspired Thérèse of Lisieux to offer her life for the salvation of all people. Thanks to each and every one, especially to those who animated the Eucharistic celebration with appropriate and engaging songs. We ended the mass with a Marian hymn performed before the beautifully decorated statue of the Virgin Mary. (Gabriele Cimarelli s.x.)
