Dal 27 al 29 marzo 2025 si sono svolte presso l’Università Gregoriana a Roma varie conferenze di carattere  internazionale con motivo delle celebrazioni dei 150 anni della fondazione della Società del Verbo Divino (Societas Verbi Divini -  Verbiti). Il tema di questi tre giorni di lavoro: " ‘Missio Dei’ Today: Healing Wounds, Challenged by Postmodernity, Learning from Cultures, Inspired by Religions". ("‘Missio Dei’ oggi: Guarire le ferite, sfidati dalla postmodernità, imparare dalle culture, ispirati dalle religioni"). I relatori hanno approfondito la dimensione della “Missio Dei” a partire da realtà diverse e complesse del mondo ferito; le sfide che la missione presenta e la capacità di imparare dalle culture che incontriamo come missionari. Tra i relatori anche due nostri confratelli: i pp. Tiziano Tosolini e Stefano Raschietti. Il primo ha guidato un seminario su “Transumanismo, Postumanesimo e Missio Dei”; mentre il secondo ha parlato del tema “Oltre la missione ad gentes: abitare periferie, attraversare frontiere, aprire cammini”. From 27 to 29 March 2025, a number of international conferences were held at the Gregorian University in Rome to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the foundation of the Society of the Divine Word (Societas Verbi Divini - SVD). The topic of these three days: “ ‘Missio’ Dei Today: Healing Wounds, Challenged by Postmodernity, Learning from Cultures, Inspired by Religions”. The speakers explored the dimension of ‘Missio Dei’ from the diverse and complex realities of the wounded world; the challenges that mission presents and the ability to learn from the cultures we encounter as missionaries. Among the speakers were two of our confreres: Frs. Tiziano Tosolini and Stefano Raschetti. The former led a seminar on ‘Transhumanism, Posthumanism and Missio Dei’, while the latter spoke on ‘Beyond the mission ad gentes: inhabiting peripheries, crossing frontiers, opening paths’.
