Domenica 13 febbraio 2022 abbiamo ospitato in casa i Diaconi Permanenti delle diocesi di Ravenna, Faenza, Forlì e Cesena, per un incontro-ritiro. Erano presenti circa sessanta persone: diaconi e mogli.

Il ritiro è stato animato dal vescovo di Cesena, Mons. Douglas Regattieri. Si è trattato di un incontro di coppie diaconali. Queste coppie costituiscono il grembo del Vangelo nei nostri paesi. Una famiglia diaconale – e questo è vero per ogni famiglia - costituisce la prima culla della presenza del Signore nel seno delle comunità. (i confratelli della comunità di San Pietro in Vincoli)

On Sunday, February 13^th, 2022, our house hosted a retreat and meeting of permanent deacons from the Dioceses of Ravenna, Faenza, Forlì, and Cesena. About sixty people were in attendance, including deacons and their spouses. The retreat was led by Msgr. Douglas Regattieri, Bishop of Cesena.

It has been a meeting of deacon couples. Similar couples constitute the womb of the Gospel in our villages. A deacon family – in fact, this is true of every family – constitutes the first cradle of the Lord’s presence in the midst of the community. (the confreres of San Pietro in Vincoli)
