Dal 7 al 13 agosto 2022, ad Acerno, Salerno (Italia) si terrà il XXX appuntamento estivo di convivenza, preghiera, formazione ed organizzazione con la partecipazione di 45 laici e laiche appartenenti ai diversi gruppi presenti in Italia, insieme ai pp. Javier Peguero Pérez sx, Rosario Giannattasio sx, Rondi Filippo sx e alla Missionaria di Maria-Saveriana Elena Conforto mmx.
Il tema guida sarà “Uomini e donne di RESURREZIONE, uomini e donne di SPERANZA”, con due contributi: prof.ssa Giaccardi Chiara, sociologa, su “RICCHI della Resurrezione, RICCHI della Speranza” e della sorella Saveriana Elena Conforto mmx, con la riflessione “ESSERE nella Resurrezione, ESSERE nella Speranza’.
In questa assemblea di natura tematica, si rifletterà sull’orizzonte operativo 2022-2023. E proprio in questo quadro si inserisce l’assemblea organizzativa che affronterà i vari temi logistici delle attività missionarie che si svolgono in Italia e nel mondo. Non mancheranno momenti di relax “monte e mare”, particolarmente attesa è la gita in battello ad Amalfi.
La convivenza terminerà con il rinnovo annuale della promessa di appartenenza di ciascun laico e con l’elezione del nuovo consiglio del Laicato che sarà lo strumento di unità e guida per il prossimo triennio. (Rosario Giannattasio sx)
From August 7th to 13th, 2022, the XXX Summer Camp will take place in Acerno, Salerno (Italy). This moment of community life, prayer, formation and planning will be attended by 45 lay men and women belonging to different groups in Italy, by Fr. Javier Peguero Pérez s.x., Fr. Rosario Giannattasio s.x., Fr. Rondi Filippo s.x., and by the Xaverian Missionary Sister of Mary, Elena Conforto m.m.x.
The leading theme of the event will be Men and Women of RESURRECTION, Men and Women of HOPE. Two are the main inputs: sociologist Prof. Chiara Giaccardi’s speech “RICH in Resurrection, RICH in Hope”, and Xaverian Missionary Sister of Mary Elena Conforto’s reflection “BEING in the Resurrection, BEING in Hope.”
This assembly, which will mainly be a moment of formation, will include a reflection on the initiatives of 2022-2023. In fact, some meetings will be dedicated to the planning of the missionary activities to be carried out both in Italy and in the world. Needless to say, there will also be time for relax in the mountain and the sea. In particular, everyone is looking forward to visiting Amalfi by boat.
The summer camp will end with each lay Xaverian’s yearly renewal of the “promise of belonging” and the election of a new Council of the Laity that will act as instrument of unity and guidance during the next three years. (Rosario Giannattasio s.x.)
