Il nostro confratello Rocco Puopolo recentemente è stato insignito della “medaglia Mons. Cheverus” dall'arcidiocesi di Boston. A partire dal 2008, l’Arcidiocesi onora individui per il loro esempio nel servizio dato nel nome del Signore.

L’Arcivescovo scrive: “Quest’anno continuiamo la tradizione di onorare in tutta l’Arcidiocesi uomini e donne fedeli e generosi...” P. Rocco è stato scelto quale destinatario della “Medaglia Cheverus” nel 2025. La cerimonia di consegna della medaglia avrà luogo il 23 novembre 2025, alle 15:00, nella Cattedrale della Santa Croce, a Boston, U.S.A..

Our confrere Rocco Puopolo was recently named as one of the recipients of the Bishop Cheverus Medal from the Archdiocese of Boston. Since 2008, the Archdiocese has honoured individuals recognized for exemplary service given in the name of the Lord.

The Archbishop writes: “This year, we continue the tradition of honouring faithful and generous men and women throughout the Archdiocese…”. Fr. Rocco was selected as a 2025 recipient of the Cheverus Medal. The awards ceremony will take place on November 23, 2025, 3 pm, at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross, in Boston, USA.
