Nella sua annuale lettera di Natale indirizzata ai Carissimi amici/che e benefattori/trici, p. Luigi Anzalone sx  scrive: “…definitivamente siamo in cammino verso l’iniziazione alla vita cristiana, una specie di catecumenato, che pone la persona di Gesù Cristo al centro e non ha in vista le grandi folle, ma giusto appunto l’incontro di ciascuno con il Signore risorto, presente in mezzo ai due o tre che sono riuniti nel suo nome. Missione personalizzata, dunque, senza trionfalismi e senza illusioni. Le comunità cristiane, non solo si sono ridotte a pochi partecipanti ma spesso hanno bisogno di una iniezione di speranza!”  “…Scusate, ma il vecchietto di quasi 75 anni, con la speranza di poter celebrare i 50 anni di ordinazione (30 settembre 2023)...non ha altro da aggiungere per il momento. Pregate per noi perché abbiamo bisogno delle vostre preghiere e del vostro aiuto!”

In his yearly letter of Christmas wishes to the dear friends and benefactors, Fr. Luigi Anzalone s.x. writes: “…we are definitively on the path towards initiation to Christian life. It is a sort of catechumenate centred around the person of Jesus Christ; a catechumenate that does not aim at reaching huge crowds but at the personal meeting with the Risen Lord, present where two or more are gathered in his name. Therefore, it is a personalised mission: mission without triumphalism and illusions. Christian communities have experienced decreasing numbers of participants, and often even need an injection of hope!... Sorry! I’m just a 75-year old little man that hopes to be able to make it to the celebration of his 50 years of priesthood (September 30^th 2023)… I have nothing else to add at the moment. Please, pray for us, for we need your prayers and help!”
