Da San Pietro in Vincoli ci scrive mons. Biguzzi: “Il 5 novembre, festa di San Guido Conforti, P. Nardo e io siamo andati a Ravenna per celebrare la Santa Messa nella Cattedrale, che fu la prima sede del Vescovo Conforti. Per Ravenna è un giorno feriale. Abbiamo celebrato la Santa Messa d'orario alle ore otto. Erano presenti circa trenta persone. Con noi ha concelebrato il parroco della cattedrale. Ho ricordato le parole del Vescovo Conforti nella sua prima lettera pastorale all'arcidiocesi. Il suo primo saluto è stato per i lontani. «A voi, tra i miei figli, che non avete la sorte di credere ... e militate in campo avverso, combattendo Cristo e l'opera sua senza averla forse mai profondamente studiata, a voi in particolare rivolgo, prima che ad ogni altro, la mia parola e il mio saluto».

Con linguaggio diverso, San Guido, vuole la chiesa in uscita, aperta ai lontani anche se avversari. E' il suo cuore missionario che vuole fare del mondo una sola famiglia.”

Dalla Teologia di Parma ci scrivono: “Mercoledì 7 Novembre, la comunità della Teologia di Parma si è recata in visita nella città di Mantova dove, oltre ad ammirare le bellezze artistiche della città, ha potuto vivere un incontro interreligioso con la comunità ebraica della città. Una realtà piccola di soli 70 iscritti però ben inserita nel tessuto sociale della città. Gli studenti hanno potuto confrontarsi con domande con i fratelli ebrei. Un arricchimento reciproco che non resterà, sicuramente, senza frutto.”.

Monsignor George Biguzzi writes from St. Pietro in Vincoli: On the 5^th of November, Feast of St. Guido Maria Conforti, Fr. Nardo and I went to celebrate the Eucharist in the Cathedral of Ravenna, First See of Bishop Conforti. For Ravenna it was a ferial day. We celebrated the Eucharist at 8:00AM. About thirty persons were present. The Pastor of the Cathedral concelebrated with us. I reminded all who were present of the first words of the Founder in his First Pastoral Letter to the Archdiocese. His first greeting was for those far away: “To you, among my children, who have the blessing of faith … and work in the opposite field, fighting against Christ and his mission probably without having ever profoundly reflected on it, to you in particular, I direct my word and greeting.”

Through different words, St. Guido wants a Church outward going, open to those who are far away and on the opposite side. His missionary heart wants to make of the whole world one family.”

From The Theology Community of Parma, they write: “On Wednesday, November 7^th, the Community of the Theology of Parma went to the city of Mantua, where, besides admiring the artistic beauties of the city, we had the opportunity to live an interreligious encounter with the Jewish Community of the city. It is a small community of 70 registered persons well inserted in the social context of the city. The Students had a chance to answer various questions raised by our Jewish Brothers. It was a mutual enrichment, and it will not remain without fruits.”.
