Il 25 ottobre 2019, il secondo incontro annuale dell'associazione Kakehashi (che promuove il dialogo interreligioso tra gli istituti missionari e religiosi in Giappone) si è svolto presso il Grande Santuario di Ise, uno dei siti sacri più importanti dello Shinto. Al mattino un sacerdote del Santuario ha tenuto una conferenza sulla storia e il significato di Ise e nel pomeriggio ha guidato i 12 partecipanti in una visita del sito, spiegando in dettaglio le caratteristiche de vari luogo ed edifici. Hanno partecipato i padri Claudio Codenotti sx, Rocco Viviano sx e Juang Romualdus sx. Per le Missionarie Saveriane hanno partecipato le sorelle Milka Nonini, la Delegata per il Giappone, Gloria e suor Eto.

Nell'aprile di quest'anno padre Claudio sx è stato eletto presidente e padre Rocco sx segretario di Kakehashi, mentre il nuovo vicepresidente è padre Andrea Lembo del pime.

On 25 October 2019, this year’s second meeting of the Kakehashi Association (which promotes interreligious dialogue among the missionary and religious orders in Japan) took place at the Grand Shrine of Ise, one of the most important sacred sites of Shinto. A priest of the Shrine gave a lecture on the history and significance of Ise in the morning, and in the afternoon guided the 12 participants in a visit to the ground, explaining in detail the features of various location and buildings. Fr Claudio Codenotti sx, Fr Rocco Viviano sx and Fr Juang Romualdus sx participated. For the Xaverian sisters the Delegate Superior, Sr Milka Nonini, Sr Gloria and Sr Eto also attended.

In April this year Fr Claudio Codenotti sx was elected as President and Fr Rocco Viviano as Secretary of Kakehashi, while the new Vice-President is Fr Andrea Lembo pime.
