Lunedì 30 novembre 2020, dalle 14.30 alle 17.45 (ore locali), la Direzione Generale ha tenuto l’incontro bimestrale on line con i rettori e le equipe formative delle 4 Teologie Internazionali. Si è aggiunta anche la condivisione dell’esperienza del gruppo di neo professi, iscritti al primo anno di teologia a Kinshasa (Congo) a motivo delle restrizioni imposte dalla pandemia sui viaggi internazionali e le difficoltà legate ai tempi per il rilascio del passaporto.

Il programma dell’incontro comprendeva: 

1. l’ intervento della Direzione Generale sul tema della personalizzazione del cammino formativo;
2. la condivisione dei formatori alla luce di due domande elaborate dalla DG sul tema proposto;
3. l’aggiornamento sulla situazione di ogni comunità anche alla luce delle conseguenze della pandemia;
4. la programmazione dei prossimi incontri (bimestrali) con le equipe formative della teologia in cui, à tour de rôle, ogni equipe preparerà e presenterà un argomento scelto da una lista tematica previamente concordata.

On Monday, November 30^th – 2020, from 2:30 pm. to 5:45 pm. local time, the General Direction  held the bimonthly meeting online with the Rectors and the Formation Teams of the four Xaverian International Theologies.  It was also added the sharing of the experiences of the group OF the new Professed Xaverians enrolled in the first year of Theology in Kinshasa (Congo), due to the restrictions  imposed by the pandemic on international travel and due to the difficulties for obtaining the necessary passports on time.

The program of the meeting included:

1. The intervention of the DG on the theme of the ‘Personalization of the formation process’;  
2. The mutual sharing of experiences by the Formation Personnel in the light of the two questions prepared by the DG on the main theme; 
3. Updating on the situation of each community also in the light of the consequences of the reality of the pandemic; 
4. The Planning of the next (bimonthly) meetings with the Theology Formation Teams, in which, à tour de role, each Team will prepare and present a topic chosen from a previously agreed thematic list.
