Grazie al sito dei Saveriani della Circoscrizione del Brasile Sud, un gruppo di devoti di San Francesco Saverio della città di Salvador da Bahia (città che da 335 anni è dedicata al patrono delle missioni), ha voluto conoscere più a fondo l’anno giubilare Saveriano e la vita di San Guido Maria Conforti. Durante la novena online (1-9 di maggio 2021), hanno invitato alcuni Saveriani a parlare della bellezza e dell’urgenza della missione ad gentes. Inoltre, in previsione dei 400 anni dalla canonizzazione di San Francesco Saverio e di Santo Ignazio di Loyola (marzo 2022) una volta alla settimana vogliono pregare - attraverso Instagram - il rosario missionario online. Allo stesso tempo, si sono impegnati a far crescere la conoscenza di San Francesco Saverio soprattutto nelle 16 parrocchie che in Brasile sono dedicate al grande apostolo dell’Oriente. Thanks to the website of the Southern Xaverian Region of Brazil, a group of devotees of St. Francis Xavier from the city of Salvador da Bahia (a city that for 335 years has been dedicated to the Patron of the Missions) has been able to learn more about the Jubilee Year of the Xaverians and the life of St. Guido Maria Conforti.
