In occasione della XXVII Giornata Mondiale della Vita Consacrata (2 febbraio 2023), offriamo due articoli per la lettura e la riflessione personale e comunitaria.

Nella sezione In primo Piano, pubblichiamo (in quattro lingue) l’appassionato intervento del teologo spagnolo Victor Codina, sj apparso su La Civiltà Cattolica il 15 gennaio 2022, con il titolo: La Vita Religiosa: dal caos al “Kairos”? P. Codina, sj conclude la sua riflessione così: «Si può passare dal caos al kairos? … ciò richiede di non aggrapparsi a un passato caduco e di aprirsi all’azione innovativa, traboccante e vivificante dello Spirito di Gesù, che agisce dal basso in momenti di crisi e di morte, chiude alcune porte, ma ne apre altre. Uno Spirito che non è mai in sciopero, né nella Chiesa né nella storia dell’umanità». Leggere e scaricare qui.

On the occasion of the XXVII World Day for Consecrated Life (February 2, 2023), we offer two articles for personal and community reading and reflection.

In the foreground section, we publish (in four languages) the passionate intervention of the Spanish theologian Victor Codina, sj which appeared in La Civiltà Cattolica on 15 January 2022, with the title: Religious life: from chaos to “Kairos”? Fr. Codina, sj concludes his reflection with these words: «Can one move from chaos to kairos? …this requires that we do not cling to a transient past and that we open ourselves to the innovative, overflowing and life-giving action of the Spirit of Jesus, who acts from below in moments of crisis and death, closes some doors, but opens others; a Spirit who is never on strike, neither in the Church nor in human history».
