Il 4 maggio si è dato il via alla 19ma edizione del Festival Biblico che ha come aderenti le diocesi di Vicenza, Verona, Padova, Rovigo, Vittorio Veneto, Treviso, Chioggia. Il Festival, che si estenderà fino al 28 maggio, ha per tema i capitoli 1-11 della Genesi, ovvero quei capitoli che, dice il presidente del Festival, "raccontano l’inizio, l’origine della storia dell’umanità in un mondo creato da Dio. Ecco, penso che in un tempo come il nostro, segnato da grandi slanci, ma anche da gravi crisi, tornare ad ascoltare il messaggio biblico sull’origine dell’umanità possa essere importante e interessante per riscoprire la vocazione profonda dell’essere donne e uomini e dell’esserlo anche in rapporto al progetto e al disegno di Dio”.

Tra gli ospiti invitati anche il nostro confratello p. Tiziano Tosolini che Domenica 28 maggio 2023, alle ore 10.15, interverrà sul tema “Le religioni (asiatiche e non) di fronte alla sfida Transumanista”.

On May 4^th, the 19^th Festival Biblico (Bible Festival) kicked off. Sponsored by the dioceses of Vicenza, Verona, Padova, Rovigo, Vittorio Veneto, Treviso and Chioggia, the Festival will last till May 28^th. The event centres around chapters 1-11 of the book of Genesis, that is those chapters, as the President of the Festival writes, “narrating the beginning, the origin of human history in a world created by God. I think that in an age like ours, marked by great leaps forward, but also by serious crises, going back to the biblical message on the origin of humanity is important and interesting; it may help rediscover the profound vocation of being women and men and being so also in relation to God's plan and design.”

The invited guests at the festival include our confrere Fr. Tiziano Tosolini. On Sunday, May 28^th, 2023, at 10:15 a.m., he will speak on the theme “Religions and the challenge of Trans-humanism.”
