Judaism (Hebrew: יהדות‎) is a monotheistic Abrahamic and ethnic religion, encompassing the religious and cultural traditions and way of life of the Jewish people. Today's Judaism, also called rabbinical Judaism, is the majority evolution of the biblical religion, according to tradition, the fruit of the covenant (Berit) between God, indicated in the Torah with the name of Yahweh, and the Jewish people.
