Dal 12 al 19 giugno, 2022, i tre novizi hanno fatto il ritiro finale in preparazione alla prima professione che avrà luogo il prossimo 2 luglio 2022. Il ritiro è stato predicato da P. Rudi O.S.C. nella casa di esercizi di Bandung (Java Occidentale). P. Rudi è un rinomato educatore, guida spirituale ed ex-superiore dei Crocigeri (O.S.C.) in Indonesia. P. Rudi è stato molto amico dei saveriani a Chicago nel periodo di studi per il dottorato tra il 2004 e il 2007. Durante tutto il ritiro, egli ha sottolineato l’importanza di coltivare la propria vita spirituale e la capacità di annunciare Gesù. Preghiamo affinché i tre novizi siano preparati a seguire Gesù e a divenire parte della comunità saveriana. (Fritz Praetyo, novizio)

Three novices attended a final retreat from June 12th to 19th, 2022, to prepare for their first profession, which will take place on July 2^nd, 2022. The retreat was led by Fr. Rudi OSC in the retreat house in Bandung (West Java). Fr. Rudi is a well-known educator, spiritual director, and former superior of the Crosiers (OSC) in Indonesia. Fr. Rudi was close to the Xaverians in Chicago during his doctoral studies at the Catholic Theological Union between 2004 and 2007. Throughout the retreat, he highlighted the value of nurturing one’s spiritual life and the ability to preach Jesus.
