Pulcini Mario: “Tutti i confratelli della regione hanno partecipato ad un corso di Esercizi Spirituali dal 3 all'8 febbraio al centro di Spiritualità dei Padri Carmelitani a Gitega. «Geremia, un profeta cha ha operato in tempi di crisi e di terribili ingiustizie....» è stato il tema che P.Gabriele Ferrari ha sviluppato. Con noi c'erano anche sei religiose della congregazione del CIM (Cuore Immacolato di Maria) di varie nazionalità e che lavorano con noi soprattutto tra i bambini cerebrolesi e i bambini di strada. Abbiamo avuto anche il tempo per iniziare a prepararci al prossimo "Ottobre Missionario straordinario" decretato da Papa Francesco.”

Fr. Mario Pulcini writes from Burundi:  “All the Confreres from the Region have participated in a Spiritual Retreat from February 3^rd to February 8^th in the Spirituality Center of the Carmelite Fathers at Gitega.  It was conducted by Fr. Gabriele Ferrari, s.x.  The theme was: “Jeremiah, the prophet working at a time of great crisis and terrible injustices….”.  With us, there were also six Religious Sisters of CIM (Immaculate Heart of Mary) of various nationalities, working with us, particularly among street children and affected by mental deceases.  We had also the chance to prepare ourselves for the next forthcoming “Extraordinary Month of the Missions”, as so called by Pope Francesco.
