Il 27 ottobre, giorno del 75° anniversario della morte di Mons Calza, primo vescovo della diocesi di Cheng-Chow e fondatore delle Suore Giuseppine, più di 300 persone si sono radunate al cimitero per una messa di suffragio. Le stesse suore si sono meravigliate, come pure tutti noi sapendo le restrizioni a cui la Chiesa in questo momento è soggetta.

On October 27th – 2019, on the 75th Anniversary of the death of Mons. Calza, first Bishop of the city of Cheng-Chow and Founder of the Sisters of St. Joseph, more than 300 persons were present in the local Cemetery for the celebration of the Eucharist.  The Sisters themselves were pleasantly surprised, just as were all of us, who know well the limitations and the restrictions imposed on the Catholic Church.
