Intorno alle ore 20, di mercoledì 26 luglio 2023, è morta nella Casa Madre delle Missionarie di Maria - Saveriane a Parma, la sorella Anna Mosconi.

Anna si trovava in Casa Madre da alcuni anni per motivi di salute, proveniente dalla comunità di Ceggia (VE). È stata in Sierra Leone per molti anni e con le altre sorelle è stata rapita dal 25 gennaio al 21 marzo 1995.

In questi ultimi giorni Anna si era aggravata e dopo una giornata faticosa per lei, la sera di mercoledì ci ha lasciate.

On Wednesday, July 26^th, 2023, around 8:00 p.m., Sister Anna Mosconi passed away in the Mother House of the Xaverian Sisters - Missionaries of Mary in Parma.

Due to health concerns, Anna had moved from Ceggia (Venice, Italy) to the Mother House where she remained for some years.

She worked in Sierra Leone for many years and was one of the sisters who were abducted from January 25^th to March 21^st, 1995.

In recent days, Anna’s condition had deteriorated and, after a long and hard day for her, on the evening of Wednesday she left us.
