Gianfranco aveva 77 anni compiuti essendo nato il 21 luglio 1948 a Ponte San Pietro, Bergamo, Italia. I funerali saranno celebrati lunedì 9 febbraio, alle ore 10:00, nella chiesa parrocchiale di Ponte San Pietro (Bergamo, Italia). La salma sarà tumulata nella cappella dei sacerdoti nel cimitero di Ponte San Pietro.

On Friday, February 6^th, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the Bolognini Hospital in Seriate, Bergamo, Italy, our confrere Fr Gianfranco Sana passed away at the age of 77. He was born on 21 July 1948 in Ponte San Pietro, Bergamo, Italy. The Eucharist and the funeral rites will be celebrated on Monday, February 9^th, at 10:00 a.m., in the parish church of Ponte San Pietro (Bergamo, Italy). The body will be buried in the priests' chapel in the cemetery of Ponte San Pietro.
