Domenica 2 Giugno, la casa madre si è colorata più dell'arcobaleno grazie alla festa dei popoli che abbiamo celebrato insieme alle comunità straniere di Parma: anglofone, francofone, cingalesi, romene, polacche... un mondo intero ha abitato il nostro Santuario della Casa Madre per la celebrazione dei popoli, un clima di festa che ha pervaso la celebrazione eucaristica dando l'immagine di una sola Famiglia in Cristo, sogno del nostro Fondatore. Dopo la celebrazione ogni comunità ha condiviso dei piatti tipici nel giardino della Casa Madre e per concludere con un momento di festa con balli tipici animati da ogni comunità. Questa era la seconda edizione, speriamo che diventi una tradizione ed un segno per la città di Parma che è sempre più multietnica...

On Sunday, June 2 – 2019, the Mother House was filled with the rainbow colors due to the “Celebration of the Peoples”.  It was a joined celebration together with the various communities present in Parma, English speaking, French speaking, Sinhalese, Rumanian, Polish, …   A whole world of peoples filled the Sanctuary within our House.  The feeling of feast pervaded the whole Eucharistic Celebration, witnessing our unity in the one family of Christ, the great dream of our Founder.  After the Eucharistic celebration, each community shared their preferred dishes and food in the garden of the Mother House.  The feast was concluded with dances organized by the various groups.  This was the second edition of this Feast.  We do hope it will become a tradition and a distinctive sign in our city, which is becoming ever more multietnic.
