Conforti, a Kamenge, Bujumbura, Burundi, alle ore 10.00, venti giovani provenienti dal Burundi, dalla Repubblica Democratica del Congo, dal Camerun e dal Mozambico, emetteranno nelle mani del Superiore Generale, p. Fernando García Rodríguez, la Prima Professione Religiosa e Missionaria.

Ed in questo momento, cui sento tutta la soavità della carità di Cristo, di gran lunga più forte d’ogni affetto naturale, e tutta mi si affaccia la grandezza della causa che ci stringe in una sola famiglia, abbraccio con effusione di cuore, come se fossero qui presenti, quanti hanno dato il nome al pio nostro Sodalizio e quanti saranno per darglielo in seguito… (Lettera Testamento n. 11)

On Monday, June 30^th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., twenty young men from Burundi, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cameroon and Mozambique, will make their first Religious and Missionary profession in the hands of the Superior General, Fr. Fernando García Rodríguez, at the St G.M. Conforti Parish, Kamenge, Bujumbura, Burundi.

Right now, as I feel the love of Christ in all its fullness, a love by far superior to any natural affection, and I see clearly the greatness of the cause that unites us in a single family, I warmly embrace the present and future members of our Society, as if they were here present.  (Testament Letter, NO. 11)
