Nei giorni 18 e 19 gennaio ’21, tutti i confratelli professi perpetui della Delegazione delle Filippine si sono ritrovati per la consueta Assemblea annuale (Sama-Sama). L’incontro si è svolto nel marco dei 500 anni di evangelizzazione della nazione Filippina. La Chiesa locale ha voluto scegliere come tema principale per le celebrazioni del V centenario la missione ad gentes.

L’assemblea è stata l’occasione per guardare con gratitudine agli anni più recenti e riconoscere le tante cose buone ricevute per grazia di Dio. Si è inoltre riflettuto sulle sfide che l’attuale contesto presenta e che richiedono nuove scelte e impegni per il futuro. On January 18^th and January 19^th, all the Perpetually Professed Confreres of the Delegation of the Philippines gathered for the usual Annual Assembly (Sama-Sama) .  The meeting took place in the context of 500 years of evangelization of the Philippine Nation.  The local Church wanted to choose as the main theme for the for the celebrations of the Fifth Anniversary:  ‘Mission ad Gentes’.   The Assembly was an opportunity to look with gratitude at the most resent years and recognize the many good things received by the grace of God.  It also reflected on the challenges that the current context presents.
