Il confratello Aubin Nzambimana sx, studente del II anno di Teologia, del Teologato Internazionale di Yaoundé, Camerun, ha condiviso una documentata riflessione in lingua francese per il Centre d’Études Africaines (e pubblicata sulla pagina web di afrique.xaveriens.org) sul ruolo della famiglia nella società e nella comunità cristiana, e la presenza di Maria: “Marie dans la Vie Familiale aujourd’hui”.
L’articolo fa dapprima un’analisi delle sfide che la vita familiare, in generale, affronta oggi, per poi approfondire la missione della famiglia, sempre con uno sguardo riconoscente rivolto verso Colei che “accolse nel cuore e nel corpo il Verbo di Dio e portò al mondo la vita”. (Lumen Gentium 53)
L’autore conclude la sua riflessione scrivendo: “I risultati di questo studio sono solo una goccia d'acqua in un oceano. Incoraggiamo chiunque desideri approfondire l'argomento, assicurando loro che si tratta di un cantiere assai vasto, ma molto interessante”.
YAOUNDÉ – CT: CONTRIBUTION OF THE CENTRE D’ÉTUDES AFRICAINES
Our confrere, Aubin Nzambimana s.x., second-year student of theology in the International Theologate of Yaoundé, Cameroon, shared a well-documented reflection, written in French for the Centre d’Études Africaines (and published on the webpage of afrique.xaveriens.org), about the role of the family in society and within the Christian community, and about the presence of Mary: “Marie Dans la Vie Familiale aujourd’hui”.
The article begins by analysing the challenges that family life in general faces today; then, it focuses on the mission of the family, while always gazing gratefully at her, the one who “received the Word of God in her heart and in her body and gave Life to the world” (Lumen Gentium 53).
The author concludes his reflection by writing: “The results of this study are but a drop of water in the ocean. Our encouragement goes to anyone who wishes to deepen the study of this topic: rest assured, this is a vast field of study, but a very interesting one”.
