I Missionari Saveriani sono presenti in Burundi dal 1964. Il prossimo anno celebreremo i 60 anni di presenza saveriana in Burundi. La Regione ha 14 confratelli provenienti da 4 paesi (Burundi, Italia, Indonesia e RDC). Questi 14 confratelli vivono in 4 comunità: Casa Regionale, Casa di Formazione, Parrocchia Bugwana e Parrocchia Kamenge.
Nel 2004 la Regione del Burundi ha iniziato ad accogliere le vocazioni burundesi e per il momento sono 10 i professi perpetui (9 sacerdoti e un diacono) che sono sparsi nelle diverse missioni che abbiamo nel mondo. Ci sono anche diversi giovani in cammino che si trovano nelle diverse case di formazione.

The Xaverian Missionaries have been present in Burundi since 1964. Next year we will celebrate 60 years of Xaverian presence in Burundi. The Region has 14 confreres from 4 countries (Burundi, Italy, Indonesia and D.R.Congo). These 14 confreres live in 4 communities: Regional House, Formation House, Bugwana Parish and Kamenge Parish.
In 2004, the Burundi Region began to welcome Burundian vocations and at the moment there are 10 perpetually professed (9 priests and 1 deacon) who are scattered in the different missions we have around the world. There are also several young men on their way in the different formation houses.

Les Missionnaires Xavériens sont présents au Burundi depuis 1964. L’année prochaine, nous allons célébrer 60 ans de présence xavérienne au Burundi. La Région compte 14 confrères provenant de 4 pays (Burundi, Italie, Indonésie et RDC). Ces 14 confrères vivent dans 4 communautés : Maison Régionale, Maison de Formation, Paroisse Bugwana et Paroisse Kamenge.
En 2004, la Région du Burundi a commencé à accueillir des vocations burundaises et pour le moment il y a 10 profès perpétuels (9 prêtres et un diacre) qui sont éparpillés dans différentes missions que nous avons dans le monde. Il y a aussi plusieurs jeunes en cheminement qui sont dans les différentes maisons de formation.
