Purihin ang Panginoon (Lodate il Signore) sono state le parole del canto in tagalog che ha aperto la giornata e l’eucarestia: il p. Wahyudiyanto ci ha aiutato a lodare il Signore per la premurosa ospitalità di Santa Marta di cui ricorre la memoria liturgica.
Durante le sedute di oggi, abbiamo ascoltato le relazioni delle Circoscrizioni dell’Asia sul tema principale della Cosuma. Hanno messo in risalto due momenti della formazione permanente: quello dell’accoglienza ed inserimento del confratello nella Circoscrizione e quello del mantenimento e rinvigorimento dell’interesse culturale. Se da un lato si cerca di “iniziare i nuovi arrivati all’apostolato aiutato dal consiglio e l’esperienza di altri confratelli” (Giappone), dall’altro si è edificati quando si incontra confratelli che, anche in età avanzata, si coltivano grazie ai mezzi classici del Progetto Personale di Vita e della direzione spirituale (Indonesia), “per non vivere di rendita, appiattirci e demotivarci” (Bangladesh). La formazione permanente ha una maggior incidenza quando prevede dei momenti di verifica organizzati in modo comunitario : la comunità sostiene l’individuo nella sua vocazione attraverso delle dinamiche di autocritica, di riflessione e di relax (come gli incontri del ritrovarsi insieme, Samasama, delle Filippine). La Delegazione cinese ricorda anche lo stimolo che ci viene dato dallo scambio di confratelli specializzati in alcuni settori specifici della missione attorno al Centro Studi Asiatici. Della Tailandia abbiamo ascoltato i primi passi di una presenza saveriana iniziata nel gennaio 2012 e che ora è formata da due comunità, una nella diocesi di Bangkok e l’altra di Nakhon Sawan con cinque confratelli che ringraziano del sostegno avuto nella loro fase di inserimento nel nuovo ambiente.
Stasera si incontra il gruppo di coordinamento: due presidenti, due moderatori e quattro osservatori (auditores) per rivedere, valutare e proporre come continuare la riflessione.

Purihin ang Panginoon (Praise the Lord) were the words of the opening hymn in Tagalog at today’s Eucharist: Fr. Wahyudiyanto helped us to praise the Lord for the kind hospitality of St. Martha, whose liturgical feast we celebrated today.
Today we listened to the reports of the Asian Circumscriptions on Ongoing Formation. They emphasized two moments of Ongoing Formation: the reception and insertion of a confrere in the Circumscription, and the constant cultivation of a cultural interest. If, on the one hand, the aim is “to help new arrivals begin their apostolate with the advice and experience of other confreres” (Japan), on the other hand, we are edified by the elderly confreres who continue to cultivate their personal growth with the classical instruments of the Personal Life Project and spiritual direction (Indonesia), “in order to avoid resting on their laurels and become demotivated” (Bangladesh). Ongoing Formation has a greater influence when it includes times for verification that are planned by the community: the community supports the individual in his vocation through the dynamics of self-criticism, reflection and relaxation (for example the Samasama meetings in the Philippines). The Chinese Delegation mentioned the stimulating input that is provided by the confreres of the Asian Studies Center who are specialized in some specific areas of the mission. The report of Thailand described the initial stages of the Xaverian presence that began in January 2012 and is now made up of two communities, one in the diocese of Bangkok and the other in Nakhon Sawan. The five confreres thank the Congregation for the support they received in the early phases of their insertion in the new mission.
This evening there will be a meeting of the coordinating group: two presidents, two moderators and four observers (auditores) will review, assess and make proposals for the ongoing reflection.

Purihin ang Panginoon (Louez le Seigneur) : c’est le titre du chant en tagalog qui a ouvert la journée et l’eucharistie. Le p. Wahyudiyanto nous a aidés à louer le Seigneur pour l’accueil riche d’attention de Ste Marthe, dont fait mémoire la liturgie aujourd’hui.
Pendant les séances du jour, nous avons écouté les relations des Circonscriptions de l’Asie sur le thème principal de la Cosuma. Elles ont mis en valeur deux moments principaux de la FP : celui de l’accueil et de l’insertion du confrère dans la Circonscription et celui du maintien de l’élan et de l’approfondissement de l’intérêt culturel. Si d’une part, on cherche « d’initier les nouveaux arrivés à l’apostolat aidés par le conseil et l’expérience des autres confrères » (Japon), de l’autre on est édifiés quand on rencontre des confrères qui, même dans un âge avancé, se cultivent à travers les instruments classiques comme le Projet Personnel de Vie et la direction spirituelle (Indonésie), « pour ne pas vivre de ses rentes, s’aplatir et se démotiver » (Bangladesh). La FP a une incidence plus grande quand elle prévoit des moments d’évaluation organisés de manière communautaire : la communauté soutient l’individu dans sa vocation à travers des dynamiques d’autocritique, de réflexion et de détente (comme les rencontres du Samasama, se retrouver ensemble des Philippines). La Délégation chinoise évoque également l’apport du Centre d’Études Asiatiques dans les secteurs spécifiques de la mission aujourd’hui. Du groupe de la Thaïlande, nous avons écouté les premiers pas d’une présence xavérienne commencée en janvier 2012 et qui est aujourd’hui constitué de deux communautés, une dans le diocèse de Bangkok et l’autre de Nakhon Sawan avec cinq confrères qui remercient du soutient eu dans leur phase d’insertion dans le nouveau milieu.
Le soir se rencontre le groupe de coordination : deux présidents, deux modérateurs et quatre observateurs (auditores) pour revoir, évaluer et proposer la manière de continuer la réflexion.
