Il Capitolo ha avuto regolarmente inizio alle ore 15.00 del 1° agosto 2017.

Mexicano è assente giustificato, per cui gli è subentrato il P. Fabien Kalehezo come sostituto eletto.
70 ANNI DI MISSIONARI SAVERIANI
Nel 1947 è iniziata l’avventura di Missionari Saveriani: il primo numero porta la data del 1° dicembre 1947.
Gli attuali responsabili del giornale hanno deciso di dedicare all’evento il paginone del numero di dicembre. Per questo chiedono qualche testimonianza significativa di famigliari, benefattori, amici ecc.
BRASILE SUD
Molte famiglie e benefattori del Santuario ricevono in casa il nostro bollettino
missionario Familia Xaveriana (piú di 2000 solo qui in Minas Gerais).
Tra di esse, un bel gruppetto sta aderendo alla proposta di pregare tutti i giorni la nostra preghiera del XVII Capitolo Generale posta nel FACE BOOK.
DEFUNTI
All’ospedale di Londrina il 29 luglio 2017 è morto P. Gino Nasini. Aveva 79 anni compiuti. Era nato a Monte Urano (Ascoli Piceno – Italia) il 9 aprile 1938. Il funerale è stato celebrato il 31 di luglio nella Parrocchia Nossa Senhora de Fatima ed. P. Gino è stato sepolto nel cimitero Anchieta bairro Jardim Ideal em Londrina.
Il 2 agosto è morto improvvisamente P. Luigi Caria, a Guasila (Cagliari – Italia), il paese dov’era nato il 16 aprile 1932. La messa esequiale è stata celebrata il 4 agosto, a Guasila. La salma è stata tumulata nel cimitero del paese.

Mexicano could not attend the Chapter and was replaced by an elected substitute, Fr. Fabien Kalehezo.
70 YEARS OF MISSIONARI SAVERIANI
The newspaper was founded in 1947, the first issue bears the date of 1 December 1947.
The central page of the December issue will be dedicated to this event. Those in charge of the newspaper would appreciate any contributions from relatives, benefactors, friends, etc.

Familia Xaveriana (over 2000 just here in Minas Gerais).
A group of them has taken the daily commitment to say the prayer for our XVII Chapter which has been posted on FACEBOOK.
IN MEMORIAM
Londrina, 29 Jul: Fr. Gino Nasini died in hospital, aged 79. He was born in Monte Urano (Ascoli Piceno – Italy), on 9 April 1938. His funeral was celebrated on 31 July in the Nossa Senhora de Fatima parish, followed by burial in the Anchieta bairro Jardim Ideal em Londrina.
Cagliari, 2 Aug: Fr. Luigi Caria died suddenly in his native village of Guasila (Cagliari – Italy), aged 85. He was born on 16 April 1932. His funeral was celebrated in Guasila on 4 August, followed by burial in the local cemetery.
