In questo nuovo anno 2025, la Comunità Saveriana di Filosofia in Brasile è ritornata nella città di Curitiba, stato di Paraná. La comunità è composta da sei studenti: Weslley Lobato (1° anno), Rodolfo Moraes (1° anno), Guilherme Teodoro (1° anno), Rafael Sousa (1° anno), Diego da Silva (3° anno) e Ivaelton de Jesus (3° anno). Ad accompagnarli, in questa tappa formativa, ci sono i Saveriani: Fratel Giomar Henrique Clemente (rettore-formatore), p. Natálio Fornasier (economo) e p. Everson Luiz Kloster (collaboratore).
Dal 10 al 15 febbraio 2025, la comunità ha elaborato il Progetto Comunitario di Vita e il ritiro di apertura dell'anno formativo. La giornata di ritiro si è svolta presso la Casa di Ritiro delle Suore della Divina Provvidenza (quartiere Ahu, città di Curitiba).
Ispirati dal tema dell'Anno Santo “La speranza non delude” (Rm 5,5), il tempo insieme, l'attività di programmazione e il ritiro sono stati tempi e spazi di integrazione, accoglienza, riflessione, silenzio e preghiera per tutta la nuova comunità che inizia questo nuovo cammino insieme. Con il dono della fede, e consapevoli che è Gesù Cristo a chiamare e riunire le persone in comunità, ognuno si è reso disponibile ad iniziare questa avventura vocazionale missionaria come pellegrini di speranza, fiduciosi nell'intercessione della Madre Aparecida, del nostro fondatore San Guido Maria Conforti, e della preghiera e l'affetto del popolo di Dio che ci accompagna. “So che i giardini esistono prima nei sogni, ancor prima di esistere fuori” (Rubem Alves). In this new year 2025, the Xaverian Community of Philosophy in Brazil returned to the City of Curitiba, state of Paraná. The community is formed by six students: Weslley Lobato (1st year), Rodolfo Moraes (1st year), Guilherme Teodoro (1st year), Rafael Sousa (1st year), Diego da Silva (3rd year) and Ivaelton de Jesus (3rd year). In the week of February 10th to 15th, 2025, the Community carried out the elaboration of the Community Project of Life and the opening retreat for the Formative Year. The retreat took place at the Sisters of Divine Providence Retreat House (Ahu neighborhood, city of Curitiba).
Inspired by the Holy Year “Hope does not disappoint” (Rm 5:5), the time spent together, the programming activity and the retreat were places and moments of integration, welcome, reflection, silence and prayer for all the new Community that begins this journey together. Believing that it is Jesus Christ who calls and gathers people in community, each one put himself into this vocational missionary adventure as a pilgrim of hope, under the intercession of our Mother Aparecida, our founder Saint Guido Maria Conforti, and upon the prayer and affection of the people of God who accompany us. “I know that gardens exist first in dreams, before they exist outside” (Rubem Alves).
