La variante Omicron continua ad infettare molte persone in Indonesia. In alcuni luoghi, specialmente a Jakarta e Bali, il numero di casi sta crescendo rapidamente. Fortunatamente, molte persone hanno già ricevuto la seconda e terza dose del vaccino, e questo fatto sta almeno riducendo la letalità della pandemia. Anche la comunità di Bintaro è stata colpita dal Coronavirus, ma con sintomi minori e moderati. Su 13 studenti, 9 dalla scorsa settimana sono stati trovati positivi. Difficile dire da dove sia giunto il virus. I 9 studenti sono isolati nel secondo piano del Postulandato. I rimanenti quattro non infettati stanno servendo generosamente gli studenti in quarantena. Tre di noi (Angelo, Yakobus e Harno) stanno cercando di rimanere sani per quanto possibile. In questo tempo di isolamento, stiamo ricevendo assistenza sufficiente dai nostri benefattori: medicine, vitamine, frutti e altri tipi di cibo.
