Dal 12 al 18 luglio 2022, si terrà a Bujumbura l’Incontro dei Formatori di tutte le tappe della formazione dell’Africa con la partecipazione di alcuni animatori vocazionali. Saranno presenti il Superiore Generale, Fernando García Rodríguez sx e p. Fabien Kalehezo T’Chiribuka sx. Parteciperanno anche i Superiori di Circoscrizione dell’ Africa. L’incontro prevede la presenza di 22 partecipanti. Lo scopo dell’incontro è in linea con i due incontri continentali sulla formazione tenutisi nel 2014 e nel 2016 a Bujumbura. I temi che saranno trattati sono 1) la situazione giovanile nei paesi africani dove lavoriamo; 2) a partire dalla propedeutica, condivisione dei programmi formativi e delle esperienze delle varie tappe; 3) il cambio delle strutture; 4) il cambio del curriculum formativo saveriano in Africa; 5)  il tema della personalizzazione nel cammino formativo; e 6) la collaborazione delle circoscrizioni saveriane del continente africano nel campo della formazione. From July 12^th to 18^th, 2022, a meeting of the formators of all formation stages in Africa – with the participation of some vocation directors – will be held in  Bujumbura. The Superior General, Fr. Fernando García Rodríguez s.x., and Fr. Fabien Kalehezo T’Chirbuka s.x. will attend the meeting. The Superiors of African Circumscriptions will also take part. Altogether, 22 confreres are expected to participate. The purpose of this meeting is in line with the two continental meetings on formation held in 2014 and 2016 in Bujumbura. Topics in the agenda are: 1) the situation of the youth in the African countries where we work; 2) sharing of formation plans and of the experience accumulated in each stage of formation starting from Propaedeutics; 3) the change of structures; 4) the change of the Xaverian formation programme (curriculum) in Africa; 5) the issue of a personalised formation programme; and 6) collaboration among Xaverian circumscriptions in Africa in the field of formation.
