Per me quest’anno la Pasqua è stata più nuova. Ho potuto celebrare il triduo in una università di lingue a sud di Taiwan. Atmosfera familiare, numeri non eccessivi, ambiente internazionale, a motivo dei partecipanti provenienti da paesi diversi. E, come sempre, la sorpresa di trovarci tutti una cosa sola, per il miracolo della stessa fede, mossa dall’unico Spirito, dono del Risorto. A sera, tornando a casa sul treno, a 250 all’ora (era un locale dell’alta velocità), sentivo come il ‘peso’ delle celebrazioni e delle esperienze vissute. Easter has been newer for me this year. I could celebrate the triduum in a language university in southern Taiwan. Family atmosphere, not excessive numbers, international environment, thanks to the participants from different countries. And, as always, the surprise of finding all of us one, by the miracle of the same faith, moved by the one Spirit gift of the Risen Jesus. In the evening, returning home on the train, at 250 km per hour (it was a local train of the High-Speed Rail), I was feeling as if ‘weighed’ because of the celebrations and shared experiences. I seemed to understand what it means when we say that the Hebrew word “Kabod” (Glory) means Weight: the imponderable lightness of God. (Fabrizio Tosolini s.x.)
