La scorsa domenica, 7 giugno 2020, al Bintaro è terminato l’anno di postulato con una Eucarestia, presieduta da P. Leonardus Suharno e animata da canti in giavanese, manggarai e indonesiano. P. Leonardus ha ricordato ai giovani candidati che, come saveriani, la diversità sarà sempre la nostra realtà e che mettere Cristo al centro della nostra comunità sarà l’unica garanzia della nostra unità. Il giorno seguente i novizi hanno iniziato il ritiro spirituale in preparazione alla loro prima professione.

A causa della pandemia e della difficoltà nei viaggi, quest'anno le vacanze per visitare le famiglie sono state cancellate. Rimanendo tutti in comunità, abbiamo organizzato alcune attività utili. P. I Made Suardana terrà un breve corso su media e missione. Per quasi due settimane i candidati si occuperanno della spiritualità dei social media, dell'uso dei media per la missione e specialmente della creazione di alcuni contenuti per l'animazione missionaria.

Last Sunday, June 7^th – 2020, the community of Bintaro ended the year of postulancy with a celebration of the Eucharist.  Fr. Leonardus Suharno led and animated the event through songs in Javanese, manggarai and Indonesian languages.  Fr. Suharno reminded the young candidates that, as Xaverians, diversity will always be our reality, and that placing Christ at the center of our community will be the only guarantee of our unity. The following day the novices began their spiritual Retreat in preparation for their First Profession.

Due to the pandemic and the difficulty of travel, the year holidays to visit families were cancelled. Staying all in the community, we organized some useful activities.  Fr. I Made Sardana will give a short course on the Spirituality of Social Media, the use of Media, the use of Media for mission, and, especially, the creation of missionary contents for Mission Education.
