Nella comunità di San Pietro in Vincoli il mese di maggio è stato segnato da numerose presenze e attività.

Si è svolta qui l'Assemblea per l'Animazione Missionaria e Vocazionale della Regione e l'Assemblea dei Rettori e degli Economi della Regione Italiana.

Ogni fine settimana abbiamo ospitato vari gruppi dalle parrocchie di Forlì e Ravenna per ritiri in preparazione delle Prime Comunioni e Cresime. I ritiri sono stati animati da un confratello.

La sera del 31 maggio il gruppo del Rinnovamento dello Spirito di Forlì si è riunito di fronte alla nostra Grotta di Lourdes per la recita del santo Rosario, seguito da una processione eucaristica e un periodo di Adorazione nella Cappella di Santa Teresa nel nostro parco.

Il mese di giugno è iniziato (giovedì 06 giugno) con la presenza dell'Arcivescovo di Ravenna che ha celebrato qui una giornata sacerdotale per i sacerdoti dell'Arcidiocesi. Poi oggi, sabato 08 giugno, l'Arcivescovo è ritornato per tenere una giornata di formazione e spiritualità dei diaconi permanenti dell'Arcidiocesi. Siamo lieti di condividere la spiritualità confortiana con l'Arcidiocesi che fu di San Guido Conforti.

Venerdì 7 giugno. L'equipe regionale incaricata di gestire e animare il portale web regionale www.saveriani.it  si è incontrata a Parma. Erano presenti i responsabili del giornale "missionari saveriani" e della rivista "missione oggi" così come alcuni incaricati delle comunità saveriane d'Italia e l'equipe dello studentato teologico. All'ordine del giorno, la presentazione del nuovo incaricato regionale, p. Carlos Eduardo Reynoso T. e le statistiche annuali a carico del p. Gabriel Arroyo, coordinatore del progetto "saveriani in rete".

Al terzo anno della ri-creazione di questo portale regionale, il numero di utenti supera già i 10 mila. Grazie al lavoro di tutti gli amministratori del portale, molti obbiettivi sono stati raggiunti ma tante sfide restano ancora da superare. Il numero di giovani (tra 18 e 24 anni) che hanno visitato il portale è stato solo di 4 mila, confrontandoli con i 19 mila utenti di 50 anni di età o più. A partire da questi dati, p. Carlos ci ha parlato su "come pianificare una strategia mediatica".

Per l'incontro dell'anno prossimo si pensa di organizzare un convegno di 3 giorni, per tutti gli amministratori del sito, per formarsi e in-formarsi al nuovo portale saveriani.it  che sarà completamente rinnovato.

Domenica 9 e lunedì 10 giugno. Le Missionarie di Maria Saveriane hanno organizzato un incontro d'in-formazione sul loro spazio digitale www.saveriane.it nella loro Casa Madre di Parma. Erano presenti più di 30 sorelle e alcuni laici. Il p. Gabriel Arroyo ha iniziato l'incontro parlando dell'importanza del "marketing religioso" nelle nostre proposte pastorali e d'animazione missionaria e vocazionale. C'è stata anche una breve formazione all'uso del loro sito, delle reti sociali e canva. Uno spazio è stato dato alla lettura delle statistiche del loro portale internazionale. Questa lettura ci ha dato l'occasione di parlare e progettare alcune novità – aggiornamenti che saranno fatti dopo l'estate.

During the month of May, the Xaverian Community of St. Pietro in Vincoli was gifted with various presences and activities.  There were the Assembly for Mission Education and Vocation Ministry of the Italian Region, Assembly of the Rectors and Procurators.

Every weekend we offered hospitality to various groups of the Parishes of Ravenna and Forlì for their Retreats in preparation for the Celebration of First Communion, and Confirmation.  The Retreats were guided by one of our confreres.                      On the evening of May 31^st, the group of Renewal in the Holy Spirit got together in front the Grotto of Lourdes in our garden.  They prayed the Holy Rosary, followed by a procession with the Holy Eucharist and a period of adoration of the Eucharist in our Chapel of St. Teresa in our park.

The month of June (Thursday, June 6^th) saw the presence of the Archbishop of Ravenna, who celebrated and dedicated the whole day for the priests of the Archdiocese.   Today, June 8^th, the Archbishop came back for a day of formation and spirituality for the permanent Deacons of the Archdiocese.  We are happy to share our Confortian Spirituality with the Archdiocese, which had been entrusted to St. Guido Maria Conforti.

Friday, June 7 – 2019, the team entrusted with the organization of the Regional Web Site www.saveriani.it met together in Parma. Present were the responsible of “Missionari Saveriani”, those in charge of the review “Missione Oggi”, some of the responsible for the Xaverian Communities in Italy and the team of Theology Students of Parma. Among the items of the encounter, there was the presentation of the new Director, Fr. Carlos Eduardo Reynoso T. and the yearly reports under the responsibility of Fr. Gabriel Arroyo, coordinator of the project “Xaverians in the Web”.

On the third year of the re-creation of the Regional Web Site, the number of users has already surpassed the ten thousand.  Thanks to the good work of the responsible persons at work in this service, many of our objectives were reached.  Yet, there are still many challenges.  The number of young people (between 18 and 24 years old) who visited our Site were only 4 thousand, comparing them with the 19 thousand of users 50 years old or older.  Starting with this data, Fr. Carlos spoke to us “on how to plan a new media strategy”.

For the Encounter planned for next year, it has been thought to plan a “Three Day Meeting”, for all the administrators of the Site, as to be able to form themselves and be-informed on the reality of this new Site Saveriani.it , which will be completely renewed.

Sunday 9^th and Monday 10^th of June. The Xaverian Missionary Sisters have organized an encounter for information on their Digital Web Site www.saveriane.it in their Mother House of Parma.   There were thirty Xaverian Sisters present, and also some of their lay friends.   Fr. Gabriel Arroyo initiated the meeting by speaking of the importance of “The Religious Marketing” in our pastoral projects and in our Ministry of Mission Education and Vocation Ministry.  There was a short practical formation on how to use their Site, Social Sites and Communication.

Time was also given for the reading of statistics on their International Web Site.  This reading offered a chance to speak and to propose some new ideas – things, which will be updated and carried out during the summer.
