Così scrive il nostro confratello p. Louis Birabaluge. Infatti, prosegue il testo, “il dramma di Kalehe si svolge in una regione già duramente colpita. Non lontano da lì, nella provincia del Nord Kivu, al confine con Rwanda e Uganda, la guerra causata dalla ribellione M23 sta mietendo vittime, mentre le forze Onu e quelle della comunità degli Stati dell'Africa orientale assistono impotenti a questa tragedia…”

This is what our confrere Fr. Louis Birabaluge writes. Unfortunately, as his text continues saying, “the drama of Kalehe occurs in a region that has already been heavily hit. Not far from there, in North Kivu Province, on the border with Rwanda and Uganda, a war started by the M23 rebellion is claiming many lives, while on the ground the forces of the UN and the East African Community watch this new tragedy helplessly …”
