Lunedì 13 dicembre 2021 nella comunità della Teologia di Kinshasa, RdC, 5 giovani studenti (II anno di Teologia) sono stati istituti Lettori nella celebrazione Eucaristica dove hanno partecipato quasi tutti i confratelli di Kinshasa e tutti i giovani saveriani in formazione. Si tratta della prima celebrazione dell’Istituzione dei Ministeri Laicali nella comunità formativa.

Da mercoledì 15 a sabato 18 dicembre 2021, gli studenti di Teologia partecipano con grande entusiasmo alle “Giornate scientifiche” il cui tema è: “Intelligenza Artificiale e Società Africane. Sfide ed Opportunità”, organizzate dall’ Université St Augustin di Kinshasa (Usakin) dove frequentano i corsi di Teologia.

Sabato 11 dicembre 2021, tutta la comunità di Teologia ha partecipato all'Eucaristia celebrata dalla stessa università - nella chiesa parrocchiale Nostra Signora di Fatima - in occasione del 40mo anniversario dell’ Université St Augustin. Nella sua omelia, il presidente, Mgr Carlos NDAKA, uno dei 4 vescovi ausiliari di Kinshasa, ha invitato professori e studenti a ricercare sempre l'eccellenza, la porta stretta, il cui prezzo è lo spirito di sacrificio, l’altruismo, l’impegno e la dedizione. Monday, December 13^th, 2021: in the community of the Theologate in Kinshasa, RDC, 5 young students (2^nd year of theology) have been assigned the ministry of Lectors during a Eucharistic celebration attended by almost all confreres in Kinshasa and all young Xaverians in formation. This is the first time Lay Ministries have been assigned in the formation community.

From Wednesday December 15^th to Saturday 18^th, 2021, the students of theology take part with much enthusiasm in the “scientific days” whose theme is “Artificial Intelligence and African Societies. Challenges and Opportunities”. The “days” are organised by the Université St Augustin of Kinshasa (Usakin) where our students attend theology courses.

On Saturday, December 11^th 2021, the entire community of the Theologate participated in the Mass celebrated by the same university in the Parish Church of Our Lady of Fatima, on the occasion of the 40^th anniversary of Université St Augustin. In the homily, the President of the University, Msgr. Carlos Ndaka, one of the 4 auxiliary bishops of Kinshasa, invited professors and students to always pursue excellence, that is, the narrow door, for it requires a high price: the spirit of sacrifice, selflessness, and commitment.
