Sono ripartiti gli Incontri Autunno 2022, organizzati da Missione Oggi, a Brescia ma non solo. L’inaugurazione, infatti, è avvenuta a Milano, presso l’Auditorium “Testori” di Palazzo Lombardia, sabato 1 ottobre, all’interno del Festival della Missione, con la messa in scena di “Vivere per-dono: Olga, Lucia, Bernardetta”, spettacolo ispirato alla testimonianza delle tre sorelle saveriane uccise a Kamenge (Burundi) nel 2014. Il programma comprende tre appuntamenti della serie Teatro dell’anima (spettacoli e letture sceniche), quattro della serie Caro autore ti chiedo (presentazione di libri). In calendario anche una Conferenza sul Libano, martedì 25 ottobre: “Il Libano, un sogno infranto? Tra collera e rassegnazione la presenza dei cristiani”, con il vescovo ausiliare della Chiesa armeno-cattolica di Beirut, Georges Assadourian; e un Seminario di studio sul tema “Il Credo delle donne. “MISSIONE OGGI”: AUTUMN MEETINGS 2022. “NOT ONLY BOOKS”/THEATRE OF THE SOUL
Organised by the magazine Missione Oggi, the Autumn Meetings have resumed in Brescia. The inauguration, however, took place on October 1st, in Milan, at the Auditorium “Testori” of Palazzo Lombardia, as part of the Mission Festival and in the form of a stage performance titled “Living for-giving: Olga, Lucia, Bernardette.” The theatrical piece took inspiration from the witness of the three Xaverian missionary sisters who were murdered in Kamenge (Burundi) in 2014. The programme includes three appointments from the Theatre of the Soul series (performances and stage readings), and four from the Dear Author series (book presentations). Moreover, on calendar is scheduled for October 25th a conference on Lebanon, titled “Lebanon, a Broken Dream? Christian Presence between Anger and Resignation,” with the participation of Georges Assadourian, auxiliary bishop of the Armenian Catholic Church in Beirut. On November 30th, there will be a seminar of study on the theme “Women’s belief – Open questions.”
