Il quinto episodio della serie "Insieme nella vocazione missionaria e nel martirio" presenta la figura dell’ Abbé Albert Joubert, “martyr de la fraternité”.
Albert Joubert nacque a St Louis de Mrumbi, oggi Moba, (Repubblica Democratica del Congo).
“Il suo servizio può essere rappresentato attraverso alcuni simboli. Anzitutto, la Bibbia: la Parola di Dio era la luce a cui attingeva le sue decisioni e la sua vita di preghiera, regolare e costante. Poi la penna, segno della sua cura per l’educazione, esercitata anche come maestro nei villaggi dove fu inviato: credeva infatti che l’educazione fosse la base di ogni sviluppo.
Per rallegrare le ricreazioni dei suoi studenti, spesso suonava la chitarra, esprimendo con la musica la sua gioia di vivere in comunione con i fratelli.

The fifth episode of the series “Together in the same Missionary Vocation and Martyrdom” illustrates the figure of Abbé Albert Joubert, 'martyr de la fraternité'.
Albert Joubert was born in St Louis de Mrumbi, today Moba, (Democratic Republic of Congo).
“His missionary service can be represented through a few symbols. First, the Bible: the Word of God was the light from which he drew his decisions and his regular and constant prayer life. Then the pen, a sign of his care for education, also exercised as a teacher in the villages where he was sent. He believed that education was the basis for all development.
To enliven the recreational moments of his students, he often played guitar, expressing through music his joy of living in communion with his brothers.
