Gilbert Mbula, sx nella presentazione: «… Abbiamo preso coscienza del percorso fatto finora e siamo consapevoli che dobbiamo vivere il nostro ministero della formazione cercando di conciliare la nostra ricchezza carismatica con le realtà della gioventù di oggi: contesti, sogni, potenzialità, sfide e fragilità. On the website of the DG, the Proceedings of the Continental Congress of formators in Africa, held in Bujumbura last July 2022, are available to the Xaverians. Fr. Gilbert Mbula, sx writes in the presentation: «… We have become aware of the journey made so far and we are aware that we must live our ministry of formation by trying to reconcile our charismatic richness with the realities of today's youth: contexts, dreams, potentialities, challenges, and fragilities.
