Il giovane confratello p. François Saleh Moll – membro della comunità di Fnideq, Marocco – ci condivide in una forma originale la sua comprensione del significato dell’amore alla vocazione saveriana: Per camminare insieme. Dialogo sulla vocazione saveriana. Lo fa, presentando un dialogo tra due persone fittizie (ma non troppo…): un saveriano già anziano e un giovane che desidera ardentemente la vita saveriana. «È un colloquio intergenerazionale e interculturale realizzato con mutuo rispetto, considerazione e amore, per camminare insieme nella realizzazione del carisma della nostra Famiglia religiosa».  Leggi questo intervento nella rubrica Caro Capitolo.

I confratelli del Giappone presentano, in Amare la nostra vocazione saveriana, una delle attività che descrivono la presenza saveriana in quella terra: Educazione e primo annuncio. Abbiamo un tesoro sempre da raffinare. Scrivono: «… L'esperienza e l'intraprendenza di coloro che hanno dato vita e forma alla nostra presenza in Giappone ha fatto scoprire le numerose possibilità di primo annuncio che le strutture educative offrono... In questa attività, oltre al qualificato servizio offerto alla società, si valorizzino sempre meglio e in modo evidente le potenzialità missionarie offerteci. La prima motivazione è l’annuncio del Vangelo e la formazione dell’uomo secondo il cuore di Dio, prendendo come modello Gesù Cristo». Leggi tutto.

Pubblichiamo il Documento di Sintesi,  elaborato dal Comitato Preparatorio del XVIII Capitolo generale (CG). È lo strumento che raccoglie il frutto delle riflessioni e proposte di singoli confratelli e comunità della nostra Famiglia, sviluppati durante quest’anno a partire dai materiali inviati a tutti (cf. le sei Schede tematiche) per lo studio personale e la condivisione comunitaria. Alla fine del Documento, si trova anche la sintesi degli interventi che i membri della Famiglia carismatica saveriana, ci hanno inviato.

The young confrere Fr. François Saleh Moll – a member of the community of Fnideq, Morocco – shares with us in an original way his understanding of the meaning of Loving our Xaverian vocation: To journey together. Dialogue on the Xaverian vocation. He does so, by presenting a dialogue between two ‘fictitious’ (but not too fictitious…) people: an already elderly Xaverian and a young man who longs for the Xaverian life. "It is an intergenerational and intercultural dialogue carried out with mutual respect, consideration and love, to walk together in the realization of the Charism of our religious Family". The confreres from Japan present, in Loving our Xaverian Vocation, one of the activities that describe the Xaverian presence in that land: Education and First Proclamation. We have a treasure always to be refined. They write: «… The experience and initiative of those who have given life and form to our presence in Japan has made us discover the many possibilities of first announcement that academic work/structures offer... In this activity, in addition to the qualified service offered to society, the missionary potential offered to us be valued ever better and in a clear way. The first motivation is the proclamation of the Gospel and the formation of humanity according to the heart of God, taking Jesus Christ as a model». Read all.

We publish the “Documento di Sintesi",  elaborated by the Preparatory Committee of the XVIII General Chapter (GC). It is the instrument that gathers the fruit of the reflections and proposals of individual confreres and communities of our Family, developed during this past year starting from the materials sent to everyone (cf. the six Thematic Sheets) for personal study and community sharing. At the end of the Document, we also find the summary of the interventions that the members of the Xaverian Charismatic Family have sent us.

The Document has already been sent to all the Chapter Delegates. It is their responsibility and that of all of us to read it before the beginning of the Chapter, in order to arrive at it in harmony with the 'feeling' of the Xaverian Family. Download the Summary Document here.
