Negli Orientamenti Finali del Convegno Continentale dei Formatori in Africa si legge:

Al termine dell’Incontro sulla Formazione in Africa, rendiamo grazie per il dono del carisma Saveriano e per la sua attualità nel continente africano. Vogliamo essere aperti alle novità dello Spirito, nel contesto del momento, per accogliere con gioia, fede e speranza i giovani che il Signore ci affida per un accompagnamento e una formazione di qualità in vista della consacrazione missionaria e religiosa.

Ci impegniamo, altresì, a dare il meglio di noi stessi in linea con il nuovo curriculum formativo per l'Africa, e in sintonia con tutta la Congregazione. Nell'attuazione pratica degli obiettivi formativi previsti dai nostri documenti normativi (C 14-15, RFX 14-15, LT 7) manteniamo i seguenti orientamenti in uno spirito di collaborazione tra le Circoscrizioni...

In the French text of the Final Guidelines of the Continental Meeting of the Xaverian Formators in Africa on reads:

At the end of this meeting on Formation in Africa, we are grateful for the gift of the Xaverian charism and its relevance in the African continent today. We intend to be open to the novelty of the Spirit here and now, and welcome with joy, faith and hope those young men whom the Lords entrusts to us. We want to accompany them on a journey of high-quality formation that prepares them for the missionary and religious consecration.

We are likewise committed to exert ourselves to the utmost to implement the new curriculum for Africa in accord with the Congregation. For the practical realisation of the formation objectives envisioned in our normative documents (C 14-15; RFX 14-15; LT 7), in a spirit of cooperation among the Circumscriptions, we will adopt the following guidelines…
