Il giorno 12 de settembre 2025 completo 70 anni di vita religiosa Saveriana e il 20 di settembre completo 88 anni di vita. Sto ancora abbastanza bene di salute. Continuo a dare una mano sia nella parrocchia di Curitiba sia nel  seminario dove risiedo da nove anni. Fino a pochi giorni fa collaboravo anche nell’economia della casa. Con tanta prudenza continuo a guidare la macchina. Desidero chiedervi di ringraziare con me il Signore per tutti questi anni trascorsi nella famiglia missionaria Saveriana, nei vari servizi vissuti sia in Italia che in Brasile, per i bellissimi anni vissuti come parroco della Parrocchia del Buon Pastore (Curitiba), i tanti amici che ci hanno sostenuti, ma soprattutto di poter rinnovare ogni giorno il mio “eccomi” al Signore e alla Famiglia Saveriana, fino alla fine, come recita la formula di professione: “…consacro per sempre la mia vita all’attività apostolica propria della Società Missionaria di S. Francesco Saverio. A questo fine mi impegno con voto a vivere in castità, povertà e obbedienza come fratello tra fratelli…”.  Tantissimi auguri e saluti riconoscenti alla famiglia Saveriana. September 12^th, 2025, will mark my 70 years of Xaverian religious life and on September 20^th I will celebrate my 88^th birthday. I am still quite healthy. I keep helping out in the parish of Curitiba and in the seminary where I have been living for 9 years. Until few days ago, I collaborated also in the economic management of the house. I still very much prudently drive the car. I would like to ask you all to thank the Lord with me for all the years I spent in the Xaverian missionary family serving in different ways both in Italy and in Brazil, for the very beautiful years I spent as pastor of the Good Shepard Parish (Curitiba), for the many friends that supported us, but especially for the possibility to renew each day my “here I  am” to the Lord and to the Xaverian family, till the end, just as the formula of the profession reads: “I consecrate myself by vow forever to the apostolic activity of the Saint Francis Xavier Foreign Mission Society. To this end I dedicate myself under vow to live in chastity, poverty and obedience as a brother among brothers.” Best wishes and grateful greetings to the Xaverian family. United in prayer.
