Lunedì 22 giugno 2026, alle ore 20,45, ore locali, al Pronto Soccorso dell’Ospedale Maggiore di Parma, è deceduto il nostro confratello p. Vito Scagliuso. P. Vito aveva 82 anni compiuti essendo nato il 30 gennaio 1944 a Castellana Grotte, Bari, Italia. Giovedì 25 giugno 2026 è stata celebrata nel Santuario Conforti, Casa Madre, Parma, l’Eucaristia Esequiale. Il feretro poi è proseguito per Castellana Grotte e venerdì 26 giugno 2026, alle ore 17.00, nella Chiesa parrocchiale di Santa Maria del Caroseno sarà celebrata l’Eucaristia. Il corpo verrà sepolto nella tomba di famiglia.

On Monday June 22, 2026, at 8.45 pm local time, our confrere Fr Vito Scagliuso passed away in the Emergency Room of the Ospedale Maggiore in Parma. Fr Vito was 82 years old, having been born on 30 January 1944 in Castellana Grotte, Bari, Italy. On Thursday 25 June 2026, the Requiem Mass was celebrated at the Conforti Shrine, Mother House, Parma. The coffin was then taken to Castellana Grotte and on Friday June 26, 2026, at 5.00 pm, the Eucharist will be celebrated in the parish Church of Santa Maria del Caroseno. The body will be buried in the family grave.
