Il Superiore Generale, p. Fernando García Rodríguez, in conformità con le Costituzioni, n. 82, e il Regolamento Generale, n. 82.1, con il consenso dei consiglieri, il 12 marzo 2026, mediante decreto, ha modificato lo status giuridico della circoscrizione Saveriana del Regno Unito, cambiandola da Regione a Delegazione. La modifica è entrata in vigore il 20 aprile 2026.

Inoltre, sulla base delle consultazioni condotte dai confratelli della Circoscrizione del REGNO UNITO, il Superiore Generale, con il consenso dei suoi Consiglieri, ha nominato la nuova Direzione della Delegazione del Regno Unito:

Il nuovo Consiglio di Delegazione ha iniziato il suo mandato il 21 aprile 2026 e rimarrà in carica per un periodo di tre anni.

In accordance with the Constitutions, no. 82, and General Rule, no. 82.1, and with the consent of his councillors, the Superior General, by decree dated March 12^th, 2026, modified the legal status of the Xaverian Circumscription of the United Kingdom, which from Region has changed to Delegation. The change came into effect on April 20^th, 2026.

Furthermore, based on consultations carried out by the confreres of the UK Circumscription, the Superior General, with the consent of his Council, has appointed the new Council of the UK Delegation:

Superior Delegate: Fr. Patrick Duffy sx

Vice Superior Delegate: Fr. James Clarke sx

Councillor: Fr. Eugenio Montesi sx

The term of office of the Delegation Council commenced on April 21^st, 2026, and shall last for a period of three years.
