Durante la messa di domenica 5 dicembre nella Chiesa di San Francesco Saverio, Maligaya, Quezon City, alle ore 9 sono stati ordinati diaconi Augustin Byamungu Mahanga sx, Erasto Fernando Torres Carpio sx e Pasteur Mugisho Bisimwa sx, per l'imposizione delle mani e la preghiera consacratoria di mons. Roberto Orendain Gaa, vescovo della diocesi di Novaliches. L'ordinazione ha avuto luogo nel contesto della festa della parrocchia, dedicata appunto al grande missionario. La festa è continuata con il pranzo a cui hanno potuto partecipare circa 150 invitati, in un clima di grande affetto da parte di amici e parrocchiani verso i nostri 3 neo-diaconi. During the Sunday Mass on December 5^th, 2021, in the Parish of Saint Francis Xavier, Maligaya, Quezon City, at 9.00 am, Augustin Byamungu Mahanga s.x., Erasto Fernando Torres Carpio s.x., and Pasteur Mugisho Bisimwa s.x. were ordained deacons by the laying on of hands and the consecratory prayer of Msgr. Roberto Orendain Gaa, bishop of the diocese of Novaliches. The ordination took place in the context of the feast of the parish patron, who is precisely the great missionary. The celebration continued with a lunch which was attended by about 150 guests, in an atmosphere of great affection from friends and parishioners towards our 3 new deacons. (Matteo Rebecchi s.x.)
